Broadway’s Palace Theater

Once again, Evergreene Architectural Arts requested Palladio GFRG’s assistance, this time in the restoration of the landmark Palace Theater in New York’s Times Square. First opening its doors in 1913, the Palace has been modified numerous times, but this facelift required the entire theater to be permanently raised thirty feet to make way for an entirely new lobby. Once settled on its elevated foundation, the Palladio craftsman recreated the Palace’s singularly memorable balcony facings and supplied the extensive mouldings throughout.
